Travel Dynamics Group

The Situation

Travel Dynamics Group is an award-winning travel agency that specializes in cruise bookings, meetings and incentive travel, business travel and general vacation planning. The company needed to enhance their web presence and unveil a new set of travel services to the online market. Cuker Design refocused their branding efforts and developed multiple websites catered towards each of their service offerings. We developed a comprehensive marketing strategy to introduce Travel Dynamics to a national and international audience and helped the company gain critical exposure in the notoriously competitive travel booking market.

Strategy

Cuker Design performed in-depth analysis of the travel industry and developed a broad web marketing campaign that included web PR and online advertising in order to expose consumers to Travel Dynamics Group and their range of services. We specifically targeted Internet-based channels in order to compete in a thriving though saturated market – online travel booking and planning traffic was at an all-time high last year, and is estimated to grow to $146 billion in 2010, according to market researcher iMedia Connection. We also created custom tools like a blog for the new www.traveldynamicscruises.com site and utilized community web boards and travel forums to spread awareness about Travel Dynamics Group.

Results

The comprehensive online strategy generated substantial results in a short amount of time. We were able to take advantage of the increase in online travel booking with highly-targeted marketing efforts and compelling new Web sites that showcase the breadth of services that Travel Dynamics Group offers. We effectively integrated our online PR initiatives with communities, blogs, forums, and discussion threads. This allowed Travel Dynamics to stand out with enhanced brand awareness in a crowded market. Our in-house PR specialist posted informative and helpful content in online travel blogs and was featured as “Blogger of the Week” on USA Today’s popular “Cruise Log” with Gene Sloan. This aggressive, far-reaching marketing strategy generated significant leads and enormous industry presence for Travel Dynamics Group.
